Digital Downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after a PDF has been downloaded. Once you have access to the file, we are unable to “take it back.”

Printed Books

For physical printed books, we offer a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return or replacement:

1. Email squigglepressart@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Attach a clear photo showing the damage or defect

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved claims will receive either a replacement book or a full refund — your choice.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on printed books.

Bundles

Bundle purchases follow the same policy as individual products: digital bundle components are non-refundable after download; physical components follow the 30-day damage policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
